• Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus funds may not be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement is met.

Where an account is closed due to confirmed fraud or rule violation, any balance held in the account may be withheld pending investigation. Where closure is due to a player's own request for responsible gaming reasons, the remaining verified balance will be returned to the player's registered payment method after applicable checks.
